The subject of the order is the development of complete project and cost documentation in the following separate parts and ranges. The detailed scope includes OPZ constituting Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

- modernization of the existing water supply network (no less than 7,298 km of the renovation of the existing water supply network)

The subject of the order is the development of a complete design and cost estimation documentation of the construction in the following separate parts and ranges:

1. Designing:

a) construction of a new sanitary sewage system in the Nakło Śląskie municipality together with the reconstruction of the existing rainwater drainage system only in places where it will be degraded during works involving the construction of sanitary sewerage network - minimum 12,360 m of gravity sanitary network, minimum 254 m of sanitary sanitary network, minimum 3,708 m branches towards plots, about 3,532 m existing rainwater drainage,

b) modernization of the existing water supply network in the village of Nakło Śląskie (no less than 7,298 km of the renovation of the existing water supply network),

c) reconstruction of the surface of degraded roads in the course of ongoing construction works,

2. Designing:

a) construction of a new sanitary sewage network in Swierklaniec, along with restoration of the surface of degraded roads in the course of construction works - a minimum of 4 155 m of gravitational sanitary network, a minimum of 2 100 m of pressure sanitary network, a minimum of 1 246 m branching towards plots,

3. Designing:

a) construction of a new sanitary sewage network - the village of Nowe Chechło along with the restoration of the surface of degraded roads in the course of ongoing construction works - a minimum of 3,762 m of gravitational sanitary network, minimum 1 128 m branches towards plots,

4. Designing:

a) construction of a new sanitary sewerage system at the Orzech borough together with restoration of the surface of degraded roads in the course of construction works - minimum 5 806 m of gravitational sanitary network, at least 1 332 m of sanitary sanitary network, at least 1 741 m branching towards plots - 8 879 m in total .

5. Designing the construction of a new transit network - no less than 4 477 m - design documentation with obtaining a final decision on building permit or notification of works that do not require a building permit, together with a statement on objection from the relevant architectural and construction authority.

The Contractor is obliged to complete a complete technical documentation separately for four villages of the Świerklaniec commune.

In the case of private roads, the Contractor is required to obtain written consents from the owners of these properties for the construction of sewage system in accordance with the model constituting Annex 4 to OPZ, and in the event of failure to obtain consent, the Contractor is required to provide the Contracting Party with evidence of a double attempt to obtain consent (e.g. in the form of a signed refusal or two unsigned confirmations of the receipt of a registered letter - the so-called verses). In this situation, the Employer takes over the obligation to obtain the consent of the property owner.

If the Purchaser does not obtain consent, the Contractor will be informed in writing in writing. The above circumstances oblige the Contractor to design the end of the network section before the private road border via the system plug.

The contractor of the project documentation is required to obtain a written consent for the implementation of a sewer connection (according to Annex No. 5 to OPZ) from all property owners that will eventually be connected to the network after its construction and delivery of consents to the Ordering Party. In the event of failure to obtain consent despite two attempts to obtain it, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with evidence of a double attempt to obtain consent (eg in the form of a signed refusal or two unsigned confirmations of the registered letter - so-called verses). In this situation, the Employer takes over the obligation to obtain the consent of the property owner. If the Purchaser does not obtain consent, the Contractor will be informed in writing in writing. The above circumstances oblige the Contractor to design the end of the network section before the plot's boundary by means of a system plug.
