1. Organizing and conducting (including the delivery of course documentation) 16 training and activation cycles in priority professions for 16 groups inmates of 12 people each group, from units reporting to the District Inspectorate of the Prison Service in Olsztyn as part of the implementation of measure 2.7 "Increasing employment opportunities at particular risk of social exclusion "PO WER 2014-2020. A detailed description of the order is attached as Annex 4 to the ToR. The order includes training within 16 courses (activation and professional cycles) of 192 inmates (16 courses / groups x 12 inmates), and the purpose of the organized courses is theoretical and practical preparation of participants to perform work in a given profession (in accordance with applicable regulations - including OHS ), acquiring skills in the field of pre-medical first aid and acquiring the skills necessary to seek work independently after completing imprisonment.
