Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy, or HASO, is a right-of-occupancy company owned by the City of Helsinki that manages approximately 6,000 apartments around Helsinki.

The object of the procurement is cleaning services provided in properties managed by Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy (hereinafter also referred to as "Contracting Unit" or "HASO"). There are a total of 117 real estate properties, of which 93 are cleaning. The cleaning service includes all cleaning work, i.e. maintenance, periodic and basic cleaning.

A fixed-term contract will be made with the winning tenderer.

There are a total of 117 real estate properties, of which 93 are cleaning. There are 195 buildings to be cleaned and a total of 258 stairwells. The total area to be cleaned in all sites is approximately 60,000 m2.

The spaces to be cleaned at the sites include entrances and staircases, as well as access areas on floors. In some locations, cleaning also includes corridors, sauna and shower facilities, changing rooms, toilets, washing and drying rooms and storage rooms. The cleaning service includes all cleaning work, i.e. maintenance, periodic and basic cleaning.

The procurement includes, as an option, the contracting entity's right to purchase cleaning services for new HASO residential properties from the selected service provider. In addition, the purchase includes rental and maintenance services for the replacement mats in the property as an option.

The numbers presented in the invitation to tender are estimates and are not binding on the Contracting entity during the contract period.
