Purchase of electricity in 2024 for the purpose of supplying facilities and equipment of organizational units of the Municipality of Biłgoraj and municipal companies

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in 2024 for the purpose of supplying facilities and equipment of organizational units of the Municipality of Biłgoraj and municipal companies. The buyers of electricity will be the following entities, which together form the "Purchasing Group" in order to conduct a tender procedure and award a public contract: 1) Gmina Miasto Biłgoraj, Plac Wolności 16, 23-400 Biłgoraj, NIP: 9181992813, REGON: 950369020; 2) Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o., Łąkowa 13, 23-400 Biłgoraj, NIP: 9180000956, REGON: 950317448; 3) Biłgorajskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o.o., Długa 96, 23-400 Biłgoraj, NIP: 9182085164, REGON: 060321230; 4) Biłgoraj Cultural Centre, 16 Kościuszki Street, 23-400 Biłgoraj, NIP: 9181776529. The sale of electricity to energy consumption points without PV installations will take place on the basis of electricity sales agreements to be concluded by the above-mentioned buyers with the energy seller selected through a tender. The model agreement constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ. For energy consumption points with installed PV installations, separate comprehensive (prosumer) agreements will be concluded for the sale of electricity, the provision of distribution services and the provision of services for the collection and settlement of electricity introduced into the DSO distribution network, based on the model used by the Energy Seller.
