The object of the order is the collection and transport of waste from the property areas inhabited from the territory of the city of Gołdap.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex 3 to SWZ and Annex No 9 to SWZ respectively concerning the division of the city area into sectors and the list of waste collection points from the city area.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of limiting the scope of the contract and indicates that the minimum amount of provision of parties to be contracted to the Contractor on the basis of the concluded contract will be no less 70% of the estimated amount of waste projected for collection and transport, where the planned quantity this waste over the entire term of the contract is estimated to be 7,264.44 Mg.

2. All received waste covered by this order will be transferred to the Transshipment Station in the m. Kośmidra operated by the Waste Management Company “Eko-MAZURY” Sp. z o.o. The Contractor will not regulate the duties for the waste delivered to the station, the invoices will be paid for by the municipality. under a separate contract.
3. In the event of closure or failure of the above Transshipment Station, the Contractor shall be obliged to transport the waste to the Plant of Disposal in Habitat near Ełk or to the Transshipment Station in Oleck.
4. The Contractor under this Agreement shall be obliged to collect the following fractions of municipal waste:
- waste remaining after segregation (mixed),
- glass,
- paper,
- metals and plastics,
- biowaste,
- hearth ash,
- size and problem waste.
1. The Contractor is obliged to collect any amount of municipal waste accumulated on the property on which residents reside, located in the territory of the city of Gołdap, on working days from Monday to Friday:
- starting reception from 6:00 at the earliest,
- not depending on weather conditions (intense snowfall, impassable grogs, slipperiness on the road, etc.),
- vehicles adapted to receive individual fractions of waste, in a manner that excludes mixing of waste, with a compact function,
- Vehicles must be equipped with devices to record the image and record it — (video recorders).
2. The waste will be exhibited by residents in containers and bags of the appropriate color scheme and different capacity.
3. The Contractor providing the municipal waste collection service shall be required after its execution to set the emptied container or container in place of the previous location.
4. The Contractor will also be obliged to collect individual fractions of waste lying in bags by containers in garbage arbors.
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to inspect the integrity of the performance of the inhabitants of the municipality of selective waste collection. In any event of failure by the owner of the property to fulfil the obligation for selective collection of municipal waste, the Contractor shall:
