The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:
(a) the collection and development of a whole mass of municipal waste collected from property owners residing in the Gromnik Municipality from sołectw: Brzozowa, Chojnik, Golanka, Gromnik, Polichty, Rzepiennik Marciszewski, and Siemiechów,
b) establishing, organizing and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
1. The object of the order is a service consisting of:
(a) the collection and development of a whole mass of municipal waste collected from property owners residing in the Gromnik Municipality from sołectw: Brzozowa, Chojnik, Golanka, Gromnik, Polichty, Rzepiennik Marciszewski, and Siemiechów,
b) establishing, organizing and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
The Contractor will be obliged to perform the tasks referred to above in a manner that ensures the achievement of an appropriate level of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill at an appropriate level, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the provisions of Resolution No. XXXIV/510/17 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 27 March 2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan of the Małopolska Region, amended by Resolution No. XXXVI/543/17 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 29 May 2017, Resolution XLII/644/17 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 23 October 2017 and Resolution No. V/34/19 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 28 January 2019, the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gromnik Commune, as defined in Resolution No. XLVII/449/2023 of the Gromnik Commune Council of 8 February 2023, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", the provisions of the Resolution of the Gromnik Commune Council No. LI/476/2023 of 5 May 2023 on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owners and the manner of providing services by the Selective Waste Collection Point and in accordance with the resolutions resulting from the above-mentioned Act.
2. In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) and the provisions of the Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Gromnik, the service includes:
(a) the collection and development of the entire mass of municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside, including waste:
non-segregated (mixed),
segregowanych,
biodegradable waste, including green waste,
bulky waste, construction and demolition waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste tires, expired medicines and chemicals, waste batteries and accumulators, textiles and ash.
(b) the organisation and operation of a separate collection point for municipal waste.
