this procedure relating to the supply of aeronautical beacon lights for the benefit of the airfields of the Ministry of the Armed Forces will be the subject of a single-award framework agreement for a period of four (4) years. The Framework Agreement includes a minimum and maximum amount fixed in value for the four (4) years: - minimum amount = 70,000 euros excluding tax - maximum amount = 1,500,000 euros (excl. VAT).
the scope of benefits is as follows:
- supply of recessed lights: runway edge; stop extension (Pa); multifunction omnidirectional; taxiway edge; taxiway centerline or runway turn around area; approach and approach reinforcement; runway threshold; runway end; runway threshold and end combination; runway centre line; touchdown zone; stop bar; helipad touchdown and take-off area (Tlof); helipad final approach and take-off area (Fato).
- provision of high lights: runway edge; stop extension (Pa); omnidirectional multifunction; additional runway delimitation lighting; taxiway edge; approach and approach reinforcement; runway threshold and flank bars; runway end; high flashes of threshold identification Runway (Rtil); Visual Approach Slope Indicators (Papi); Stop Bar Reinforcement; Runway Protection (Wig Wag); Transfo-Fire; Final Approach Area and Helipad Take-off (Fato).
- supply of tools for the installation and adjustment of lights;
- supply of complete technical documentation on paper and/or computer;
- technical assistance before and during installation work;
- training for the setting up of the various fires.
