In the context of circular BA2000 / 14 supplemented by circular BA2001 / 03 regarding explanation of the sectoral agreement 1999-2001 for the staff of the local authorities, based on the Flemish minister of internal affairs, the municipal administration of Hamme and the OCMW Hamme (policy holders) , to offer hospitalization insurance to their staff members (hereinafter referred to as the main insured persons) free of charge, in accordance with these special specifications.

However, the main insured are affiliated on a voluntary basis.

In addition, it was decided:

1.to offer the main insured persons who retire or were retired after 1.1.2017 - including those retired for medical reasons - to continue this group insurance;

2. to offer spouses, life partners and children domiciled at home the option of joining this group insurance at their own expense;

3. that the persons who are currently connected to our current hospitalization insurance (including the pensioners and their family members) are given the opportunity to continue their connection on the basis of the new collective insurance.
