Inventory and establishment of a maintenance program for the Ruhr University Bochum

At the Ruhr University Bochum, a total of 15 buildings are to be subjected to an evaluated inventory and then a maintenance program with cost and measure proposals is to be drawn up. The commissioning of the 15 buildings will take place in three stages. In this award procedure, all three stages are awarded. It starts with a total of 4 buildings in stage 1. The BLB reserves the right to subcontract the other buildings (levels 2 and 3) as an option.

The service of the inventory analysis and preparation of the maintenance program advertised here is phase 1 of the measure. Phase 2 is intended to include assessments that cannot be carried out non-destructively. Phase 2 is not part of this call. In Phase 1, the basics for Phase 2 are compiled. Phase 2 will then be awarded separately.
