The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Forest Act") including in particular works in the field of logging and skidding and other works related to management, to be performed in the area of the Złoczew Forest District in 2023. Planned date of completion of the contract: 31.12.2023

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Forest Act"), including in particular works in the field of harvesting and skidding wood to be performed in the Złoczew Forest District in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
