Connected (comprising Octavia Housing, Origin Housing and Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) wish to establish a 2 lot contractor framework for their upcoming 4-year development programme. The estimated value of this framework is GBP 300 m (c.GBP 200 m of this value will be attributed to connected's projects and c.GBP 100 m to additional framework users (see VI.3).
