The housing industry Frankfurt (Oder) GmbH is comprehensively renovating the residential complex Juri-Gagarin-Ring 1 - 41 between 2022 and 2024. The area Juri-Gagarin-Ring 1 - 41 was built in 1970 in industrial construction (IW 66/P2-5 storey). All seven residential buildings have a basement, 5 upper floors and a Drempelgeschoss. In each staircase there are 10 apartments (two-horse). A total of 359 apartments are to be renovated over the 3rd construction phases.
The services of the 3rd construction phase include the buildings Yuri Gagarin Ring 1 - 4; 5; 6 - 9 and 10 - 14 with a total of 129 apartments after renovation.

This tender includes only Lot 401a -HLS for the buildings J.-Gagarin-Ring 5; 6 - 9 and 10 - 14!
The renovation work for lot 401b, which includes the building J.-Gagarin-Ring 1 -4, will be put out to tender separately at a later date.
During the entire construction period, the apartments are mostly occupied!
The staircase at Yuri Gagarin Ring 5 has been vacated due to planned changes to the floor plan.
HLSGas:
The entire gas installation is dismantled without replacement.
Plumbing:
All basement distribution pipes and risers and downpipes, including fittings and insulation for hot and cold drinking water, for drinking water circulation and for waste water disposal, will be renewed. The installation guide in the bathrooms is carried out in newly created installation walls. All sanitary objects and fittings will be renewed. Rimless wall-hung toilets including integrated water-saving cisterns, hand basins and a built-in bathtub including heat-insulating polystyrene support and shower enclosure or shower tray including heat-insulating polystyrene tray support and shower enclosure will be installed. In the barrier-free bathrooms of the J.-Gagarin-Ring 5 staircase, floor-level showers with shower enclosures will be installed. In the future, there will be a permanently installed washing machine connection in all bathrooms.
Heating: In the bathrooms of apartments JG 6-9 and 10 - 14, the existing bathroom radiator will be dismantled and replaced at another location, including the riser. The heating installation of the living quarters remains unchanged. In the entrance to the building at J.-Gagarin-Ring 5, the entire existing heating installation will be replaced by underfloor heating. The bathrooms also have a towel dryer.
The floors of the bathrooms are complete, the walls partially tiled.
Ventilation:
All 99 apartments will be equipped with motorized chimney ventilation with vacuum control. Components or service content are exhaust air machines in the kitchen and bathroom, ventilation chimney (spiral seam pipe with fire damper) and roof fans.
Demolition work; Tiling services and painting work in the bathrooms of the staircases JG 6 -9 and 10 - 14 are part of the tender. In the staircase J.-Gagarin-Ring 5, these services are commissioned separately.
