This contract defines the conditions under which the CEA entrusts the holder, who accepts, the supply of catering furniture for the dining room and cafeteria as part of the restoration 2 renovation project located within Building 143 on the CEA Saclay site hereinafter referred to as the “Supply”.

The service includes:

— the supply of restorative furniture;

— the storage, transport and delivery of the supply within Building 143 on the CEA site in Saclay;

— protection, assembly, placement and adjustment of the Supply;

— cleaning, counting and monitoring of the Supply before receipt;

— the evacuation of packagings and protections;

— cleaning of the premises after the intervention;

— the provision of instructions for the operation and maintenance of the Supply;

- warranty.
