Object of the contract and description of the work
ERDF Fund - Flémalle Center Revitalization Project
The work is carried out on roads of the network III: Grand'Route and street of the Village.
Division 1: Works for the municipality - road works
- the selective demolition of hydrocarbon coating in the road and on the ground,
- the selective demolition of linear and foundation elements,
- the establishment of a geotextile, a geogrid, a sub-foundation and a foundation,
The laying of a hydrocarbon layer,
- the introduction of new linear elements,
- the establishment of an esplanade in concrete slab,
- the establishment of a communal parking area in turf slab,
- the establishment of paved sidewalks.
Division 2: Works by the municipality - marking and signaling works
Division 3: SPGE work - drainage works
- the establishment of 306 m of Reinforced Concrete (BA) pipelines with internal diameters (ID) ranging from 0.60 m to 1.00 m in open excavation for the SP1 network and 303 m of ID BA pipelines between 0.4 m and 0.6 m,
- the construction of the chimneys of visit,
- the appropriation of existing works.
Division 4: CILE work (water supply)

Division 5: RESA works (gas and electricity supply)

- renewal / reconnection of ± 71 particular gas connections,

- PRC HV cable twisted 850 m.
Divisions 1 and 2 are subsidized by the ERDF by 90%.
"In the context of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to combat social dumping and social fraud."
The details of the work are included in the technical clauses and the summary table annexed to the present specifications.
The works forming part of the present enterprise comprise in main order the execution of the following works:
- in charge of the CILE: laying of pipes,
- in charge of the RESA: installation of pipes / cables and renewal / reconnection of special connections,
- in charge of the SPGE: installation of drainage collectors,
- in charge of the municipality of Flémalle: creation of the road network (earthworks, installation of the sub-foundation, foundation, linear elements and hydrocarbon coating layers) with sidewalk.
Note:
The data given below and indicated on the plans of this file are not part of this works contract:
- seedlings, trees, shrubs, forest plants, softwoods
- street furniture: benches, garbage cans, bollards, welcome sign, tree grills, ...
- guardrails and metal ramps,
- statue and artwork,
- public lighting.
These will be the subject of a separate public contract.
