The contractor is to support the dena team strategically and in terms of content in the market development of serial refurbishment solutions based on the Energiesprong principle, in particular by contributing experience from other countries with similar activities, with a focus on Europe. In doing so, the contractor shall also represent the dena market development team vis-à-vis companies to the outside world.

He advises dena on the activation of new players from the construction industry, housing industry, single-family homes and non-residential buildings as well as the implementation of pilot refurbishments and series/portfolio roadmaps. He supports the further development of the product complete renovation. Furthermore, he supports and advises on communication & stakeholder involvement.
