The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate located within the municipality of Lyski.

1) the scope of the task includes the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of non-movable property in the municipality of Lyski. As part of the task, the contractor is obliged to collect and accept municipal waste from the owners of inhabited, uninhabited real estate and from summer houses and from properties used for recreational and leisure purposes on the terms set out in the Resolution of the Lyski Commune Council on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lyski Commune, and in the Resolution of the Lyski Commune Council on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of waste collection municipal from property owners and the management of this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for the management of municipal waste; 2) directly from the area of inhabited real estate, from summer houses and from real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, the contractor is obliged to collect: a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, b) separately collected municipal waste: paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires, slags and ashes – in the case of buildings heated with solid fuel. 3) directly from the area of other properties, the contractor is obliged to collect: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, b) separately collected municipal waste: paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, slag and ashes in the case of buildings heated with solid fuel.
