A measurement system enabling performance tests (so-called Service Activation Tests – SAT) and ensuring continuous active monitoring of the quality of LTE Teletransmission Network services, according to defined recommendations and standards - described in section II.2.4) for Part II.

LTE450 Teletransmission Network (mobile backhaul - MBH) - Network for the purpose of providing services between nodes of the radio network RAN (base stations) and nodes of the core network CORE LTE450 via the passive infrastructure of the Ordering Party (including directly through CWDM/DWDM systems) and commercial data transmission services, which includes the following components: Backbone Nodes, Aggregation Nodes and Edge Nodes, Synchronization Source, LTE450 Teletransmission Network supervision and management system (OSS Transmission System) and Test Environment / TestLab equipment.

The description of the Ordering Party's needs and the characteristics of supplies and services constituting the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the Description of Needs and Requirements, which is also a list of minimum requirements regarding the description of the subject of the contract or the performance of the contract not subject to negotiations.
