Negotiated procedure for ‘Various services for the African Student and Alumni Forum (ASAF) for up to the maximum of 13 months (with a fixed end date 31/01/2024)’ as a continuation of the services provided under framework contract EAC/53/2018.

The overall objective of ASAF is to support the Africa-EU partnership and the cooperation between the European Union and the African Union. ASAF’s expected results are:

(a) strengthened young people's networking, innovation, participatory and leadership skills;

(b) facilitated inputs of students and alumni associations in educational processes in universities;

(c) increased awareness of EU mobility programmes (Erasmus+, the Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme as well as other bilateral programmes).

ASAF is also expected to develop recommendations and initiatives for promoting inclusiveness and gender balance in higher education.
