The public contract resulting from this consultation constitutes a single-contractor framework agreement that sets out all the contractual stipulations, executed by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with Article L.2125-1-1° as well as Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Each Lot of this consultation is concluded with a fixed minimum quantity of analytical system(s) and with a maximum amount valid for the entire period of validity of the framework agreement. The minimum quantity set for each batch is the quantity of analytical system(s). The maximum amount provided for each Lot includes all the services provided for in this contract and detailed in the CCTP. Financial results are in euro(s) (excl. VAT). Supply of high-speed analytical systems, reagents and related services for the HFS metropolitan and overseas IHD laboratoriesThe purpose of this consultation is the supply of immunohaematology automata, reagents and the provision of associated services for the Donation Biological Qualification (Qbd) laboratories of the EFS and the CTSA. In addition, the EFS wishes to acquire the equipment to constitute a basic fleet necessary for the activity of biological qualification of donation in mainland France and in the French overseas departments. As a result, the EFS has the option of renting additional equipment to complete its fleet, respond to regulatory changes or to cope with additional activity (e.g. health alerts).
