selection phase of 3 applications of the procedure with negotiation of the project management contract pursuant to Articles L.2124-1 and 3, L2172-1 and R2124-1 and 3-3 °, R2172-1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Code. This operation focuses on the thermal improvement of buildings, and the following objectives:

- Architectural integration in particular in relation to buildings A and B which have been recently redone (architectural coherence on the entire site of the high school),

- technical and aesthetic durability of the systems put in place,

- the complex on the façade must withstand the shocks caused by the pupils, including on the upper floors (object jet for example),

- ease of maintenance and cleaning (especially compared to graffiti on facades),

- help with orientation in the school grounds (visually underlined entrances, signage, etc.).

this operation concerns

- Building A: complete recovery of the west façade including new insulation and a new façade design + optimization of the heating system.

- Building D: complete recovery of the facades including insulation from the outside and a new design of facades + change of the exterior joinery + implementation of a double flow ventilation + optimization of the heating system.

- Building F: complete recovery of the facades including insulation from the outside and a new design of facades + change of the roller shutters + recovery of the roof + optimization of the heating system.

- Building B: filling of the gaps located on the facades.

The contracting authority wishes to give priority to the use of eco-materials in accordance with Article 3.5.7 of the programme.

The work will be carried out on an occupied site according to the constraints of the users.
