The graphic design of the publications of the Foreign Trade Agency.

Comment: service contract relating to the graphic design of the publications of the Agency for Foreign Trade in accordance with the conditions of this book and its appendices.

The list of documents as well as the detailed specifications for the graphic design to be executed by the graphic office can be found under the description of technical requirements (Chapter 3 and Annexes B. Inventory). This list is not exhaustive and can be modified unilaterally by the ACE.

ACE will not use the services of other graphics offices than the one retained for the aforementioned publications but does not exclude itself from carrying out certain tasks within the framework of the contract.

The quantities indicated in the description of technical requirements are given for information only. They will be used to determine the amount of the offer in connection with the conclusion of the contract.

Apart from the graphic design of the aforementioned documents, the contract also includes the following elements:

1) the supply of the results files in HD .pdf format, light .pdf format and a complete InDesign package (photos + fonts + graphics);

2) respect for schedules;

3) the right to use and modify the layout on documents not defined in these specifications.

As also mentioned, a mock-up for the 'Country study' document will be requested. This model is an integral part of the offer.
