The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber, timber chassis and maintenance of forest roads and tourist equipment, to be carried out in the territory of the Forest District of Constantinnovo in the year 2022.

The item of the order was divided into 2 parts (hereinafter: “Package”):

Package I — forestry Brodnica;

Package II — Forestry Krajkowo;

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, covering work in the areas of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, timber chassis and maintenance of forest roads and tourist equipment, to be carried out on the territory of the Forest District of Constantinnovo in 2022, forestry Brodnica;

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, timber chassis and maintenance of forest roads and tourist equipment resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. — Restricted surfaces

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract have been developed on the basis of Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the organizational units of the State Forests and Decision No 36 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Poznań dated 11 October 2021 on the approval of descriptions of activities not described in the Description of the Standard of Technology for the Performance of Forest Prac. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology). A detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forestry work (activities) included in the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.

A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The estimate value for the 1st part of the contract not containing the value of the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP and the option shall be PLN 599 945,94.
