The purpose of this contract is the provision of the telecare service aimed at people over 65 years of age or younger in a situation of dependency, who live alone or with people of similar age, in the city of Girona.

Telecare is a technical support and social intervention service that allows users, through the telephone line, to have a permanent attention service, 24 hours a day and every day of the year. It is mainly a preventive service in cases of loneliness, falls, security and support to the social and family network.
