The subject of the order is summer and winter clearing of streets, sidewalks, parking lots and stops in the territory of the City and Municipality of Olkusz.

Detailed requirements for the implementation of summer and winter road clearing in the City and Municipality of Olkusz are set out in Annex 4 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and in the contract model - annex 3 to the SWZ.

The complex of tasks covered by the contract is the fulfilment of obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order on public roads within the administrative boundaries of the City and Municipality of Olkusz, imposed on the Ordering Party in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 (4) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities

The subject of the contract is the summer and winter cleaning of hives, sidewalks, parking lots and stops within the city of Olkusz between the date of conclusion of the contract in 2022 to 31 March 2024r, with the summer period covering the period from 1 April 2022 to 31 October 2022, 2023r for the duration contract, and winter period from 1 November 2022r to 31 March 2023r and from 1 November 2023tr. to 31 March 2024r. The detailed requirements for the implementation of Part I are set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ and the contract model.

The subject of the order is winter cleaning of roads in the territory of the Olkusz Municipality in the seasons 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 (from 01.11.2022r. to 31.03.2024r). The winter period is the period from 1 November 2022 to 31 March 2023r and from 1 November 2023 to 31 March 2024 for the duration of the contract (availability/readiness from 15 October 2022and 2023r.0 or during the remainder of the contract in cases of emergency atmospheric events.
