The tenderer must provide a single interpreter in the tender for the provision of the service, who personally participates in the performance of the contract. The contracting authority has not restricted the number of tenders submitted by one tenderer. Therefore, if the tenderer wishes to offer several interpreters for the provision of the service, he must submit a separate offer for each interpreter.

The test translation based on the evaluation of tenders shall be carried out before the deadline for submitting the tender. The times of the trial translation shall be agreed individually with interested parties. The trial translation can be carried out at the same time in Tallinn and Tartu.
