The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity together with the purchase of electricity distribution services for street lighting located on the territory of Staszów Municipality, the purchase of electricity with the purchase of electricity distribution services to the units of Volunteer Fire Brigades Staszów Municipality and the purchase of electricity together with the purchase of electricity distribution services to other facilities, carried out in three tasks.
The estimated electricity demand for the tasks in question is described taking into account one rate per kWh (without distribution per day/night; peak/off-summer/other day hours).
A detailed description of the estimated electricity consumption is contained in the description of the subject of the contract separate for the individual tasks, which is Annex No 7 SWZ (each description of the subject of the contract shall be included in an annex specifying a list of objects - power consumption points, which will be simultaneously an annex to the contract for the task concerned respectively).
Task No. 1: "Purchase of electricity and purchase of electricity distribution services for street lighting located in the Staszów commune"1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity with the purchase of electricity distribution services for street lighting located in the municipality of Staszów, purchase of electricity with the purchase of electricity distribution services to Volunteer Guard units Fires of the Staszów municipality and the purchase of electricity together with the purchase of electricity distribution services to other facilities, carried out in three tasks.
The estimated electricity demand for the tasks in question is described taking into account one rate per kWh (without distribution per day/night; peak/off-summer/other day hours).

Task # 1:
“Purchase of electricity with the purchase of electricity distribution services for street lighting located on the territory of Staszów Municipality”
— energy intake points, as described by the subject of the order for Task No 1 - Annex No 7 SWZ
Staszów Municipality (street lighting): 1,675,262 kWh, including:
- tariff C 11 : 140 062 kWh,
- tariff C 12 B : 1,535,200 kWh.
Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract in question are also specified in the essential terms and conditions of the contract, constituting the material for the preparation of contracts, separately for each task - Appendix No. 6 of the Terms of Reference.
2. Deadline for the performance of the contract, within the scope of task No. 1: from the signing of the contract, but not earlier than from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.
3. The order in question must be executed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the conditions contained in the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party does not require:
- the performance by the Contractor of a local vision or,
- checking by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the execution of the order available on the spot with the Contracting Authority.

Task No. 2: "Purchase of electricity along with the purchase of electricity distribution services to the units of the Voluntary Fire Brigades of the Staszów commune"1.
