The municipality of Eurajoki is asking for an offer for new temporary prefabricated daycare centre premises and yard buildings for rent.

The daycare unit will consist of four group spaces, which will house 84 calculated early childhood education and care places and premises for open early childhood education and care. Staff will be located in the premises for 19-21 people.

The daycare centre premises are leased under a 10-year fixed lease, after which the contract continues until further notice;

After this fixed lease (10 years), the contract continues for an indefinite period of one year at a time; The notice period for the tenant is one year and for the service provider two years.

The municipality's own plot reserved by the client for the site is located at Lavilantie, 27100 Eurajoki. Alternatively, the lessee may assign to the object a plot of land in accordance with the daycare centre plan owned by the lessee, which must be located within a maximum radius of one (1) km from the aforementioned plot reserved for the site by the municipality.

The aim is that the premises would be available to tenants on 1.1.2024.
