Nordland Hospital currently has a construction development project under way. Phase 2 is currently being implemented, and the scheduled completion date of the new K-Bldgs is August 2014, while the renovation of the old H/N wing at the end of 2015/2016.

This procurement includes electrotechnical installations for Phase 3.

Phase 3 will start in the autumn of 2014. This phase mainly includes complete renovation and construction of the existing high-rise building (AB wing). The renovation of the AB wing intended to start in early 2016, but before this work can begin, renovations and modifications to existing buildings must be carried out to facilitate replacement and temporary storage. These works are also included in Phase 3 and are scheduled for autumn 2014 and in 2015.

Renovation of the AB Bldg comprises a total of approximately 24 500 m². (21 500 existing building, and 3,000 new construction).

In addition, the applicable aforementioned "early reconstructions" for temporary functions / temporary storage comprises approximately 2 000 m².
