- a portion of the total annual fixed price for preventive and curative maintenance services provided for in the public contract, with the exception of spare parts with a unit amount of more than EUR 200 excl. VAT (also known as part 1),

- a part made in the form of a framework agreement, without a minimum and with a maximum annual amount of EUR 50 000 (excluding VAT) for spare parts with a unit amount of more than EUR 200 excluding VAT pursuant to the provisions of Articles 78 to 80 of the decree (also called part 2).
