The Norwegian Veterinary Institute shall enter into a framework agreement related to periodical maintenance and possible repairs/technical support for the Norwegian Veterinary Institute's air-treatment systems. These works comprise service, operation and maintenance, installation, renovation, inspecting and cleaning channels, repairs, as well as new installations at the Norwegian Veterinary Institute in Oslo.

The Norwegian Veterinary Institute invites to an open tender contest for a Framework agreement for service, maintenance and procurement of a ventilation system for the Veterinary Institute.

Inspections:

There will be a site inspection in the Norwegian Veterinary Institute's premises Tuesday 20.12.2016 (9:00); Unfamiliarity with the site conditions cannot be later claimed as a basis for demanding additional information. Minutes will be kept from the site inspection. If questions are asked about the tender documentation during the site inspection, the questions and answers will be included in the minutes. The minutes will be distributed to all registered tenderers. The minutes are a part of the tender documentation. Tenderers who would like to participate in the site inspection are to send notification via the question function in Tendsign, with the name of the company and a representative at the latest 2 days before the site inspection. Each tenderer can have up to 2 representatives present.
