The purpose of this consultation is to designate the economic operator who will take over the operation of the public passenger transport network in the municipality of Sablé-sur-Sarthe.

The market may be transferred to the community of municipalities if the latter takes, in application of article 8 of the orientation law on mobility, the mobility competence.

The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with order forms within the meaning of articles R. 2162-1 and following of the public order code.

The framework agreement is mono-award.

The framework agreement is concluded without a maximum amount.

The minimum amount of services that may be ordered is EUR 370,000 excluding tax per contractual year.

The minimum amount of services that may be ordered for the entire duration of the framework agreement is EUR 1,480,000 excluding tax.

Candidates for this consultation are required, under penalty of irregularity in their entire offer, to present a basic offer and a variant offer. As part of the mandatory variant offer, the candidate offers, for the regular line, instead of diesel vehicles, vehicles that are more respectful of the environment (hybrids, CNG, electric, etc.).
