Maintenance of green spaces, sports fields and sports trays. This framework service agreement covers the maintenance of the green spaces of the city of Bussy-Saint-Georges, the sports fields and sports platforms and aims to:
- turf maintenance, grass mowing,
- maintenance of shrubs, hedges, carpet plants,
- the maintenance of trees, sheaves, undergrowth,
- the maintenance of alleyways and pedestrian spaces inserted in the green spaces, their possible snow removal, the collection of leaves, the collection of the various garbage and detritus on the green spaces and the weeding,
- the planting of trees and shrubs,
- the maintenance of sports stadiums and floors.
This agreement does not include the maintenance of sidewalks and driveways on the shoulder of a roadway.
Lot 1 deals with the maintenance of green spaces in the area included in the title of this lot. The minimum and maximum annual contract amounts for this lot are: annual minimum: € 290,000 excluding tax - annual maximum: € 400,000 excluding tax.
Lot 2 deals with the maintenance of green spaces in the area included in the title of this lot. The minimum and maximum annual contract amounts for this lot are: annual minimum: 300 000 EUR excl. VAT - annual maximum: 450 000 EUR excl.
Lot 3 deals with the maintenance of green spaces in the area included in the title of this lot. The minimum and maximum annual contract amounts for this lot are: annual minimum: 300 000 EUR excl. VAT - annual maximum: 450 000 EUR excl.
Lot 4 deals with the maintenance of sports fields and platforms, one of which will be effective during the 2nd
