As part of the project to rehabilitate approximately 174 housing units on 18 sites, this call for applications aims to carry out rehabilitation, improvement and thermal comfort work on 56 housing units in occupied areas in Versailles, Pantin, Les Lilas, Le Perreux Sur Marne, Le Rancy and Livry Gargan. The launch of the offer phase is expected, estimated, in February 2024. The construction start service order is estimated, in March 2024.
