With this (pre)selection procedure, the municipality of Brunssum intends to select a market party that will develop the GTD location including some adjacent plots for its own account and risk in an integral manner. After this, only the GTD location will be discussed. This refers to the GTD location including a few separate plots (unless otherwise indicated). The starting point is that the land is sold by the municipality to the market party. Part of the development is the realization of the public space. This will be returned to the municipality after realization.
