This contract comprises the following works/ services provision to all of Falkirk Councils Non-Housing buildings, including a limited number of Housing properties with communal service areas: -

(a) The annual Portable Appliance Testing and Inspection of electrical appliances together with all appliance labelling.

(b) Updating and maintaining all property inventories.

(c) Ad hoc minor repairs and works to fuses, plugs, cables, etc where economically viable, as may be required from time to time on a schedule of rates/ daywork basis.
