The Ortenau district intends to award services for the preparation of a climate mobility plan for the entire district area.

In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, on the service corners of the tendered service and on the handling of the tendering procedure, is available via the “Deutsche eVergabe” award platform used under the project access to this procurement procedure (see section I.3)) is ready to download after VgV. Forms for the application to participate are also attached to the brief information, which must be used by applicants in the context of the participation competition. After completion of the participation competition, a detailed description of tasks will be provided to the candidates selected in the participation competition.

The Ortenau district intends to award services for the preparation of a climate mobility plan for the entire district area. As part of the preparation of the climate mobility plan, holistic strategies are to be developed on an analytical, data-based basis and with the participation of the public and relevant stakeholders, and effective measures (packages) to reduce local transport emissions are to be identified.

The climate mobility plan must meet the requirements and specifications of the state of Baden-Württemberg (see Annex 20 to the State Municipal Transport Financing Act) in order to be used as proof of a particularly positive contribution to climate protection. This proof makes it possible to apply for an increased funding rate.
