the contract to be awarded is a global public performance contract awarded pursuant to Articles L.2124-3 and L.2124-4, L.2171-3 of the French Public Procurement Code and Articles R.2124-1 and R.2124-3, R.2171-2 to R.2171-22 and in competitive dialogue with a jury pursuant to Articles R.2124-5, R.2161-24 to R.2161-31 of the said Code. The subject of this consultation is the construction of a new secondary school in the Créonnais sector, in the municipalities of Sadirac or Saint-Caprais-De-Bordeaux, which will accommodate 400 students at the start of the 2026 school year, which represents a very ambitious but absolutely necessary planning objective
