The contractual relationship with the previous MEP planning had to be terminated.

Within the scope of the services to be awarded, service phases 7 and 8 are to be carried out after familiarization with the previous planning and the existing service specifications.

The contract includes services of technical building equipment (plant groups 1 – 8) in service phases (LPH) 7 to 8 in whole or in part in accordance with HOAI § 53 et seq. as well as optional special services.

The Hans Grade School is to be converted and expanded into a 4-stream secondary school as part of the Berlin School Building Initiative. A 4-storey extension is to be built between the existing school building (SK - prefabricated building built in 1975) and the existing sports hall. The extension docks directly onto the existing school building on the courtyard side. On the ground floor of the annex, a multi-purpose room with food distribution is to be accommodated. On the upper floors, new classrooms and group rooms, offices and recreation rooms for the teachers are being built. The elevator for barrier-free access will be located in the extension.

Direct access to the existing building is possible on all floors.

Construction work in the old building will only take place in direct access to the extension.

The renovation of the existing building is not part of this measure and will be carried out in a later construction phase.

The construction costs (KG 200 – 700) amount to approx. € 16.3 million gross.

Special achievements are to be awarded. This includes the creation of attachments to the technical room book in accordance with the specifications of BIM GmbH, for the completion of work phases 8. Furthermore, the ancillary offers in phase 7 are to be examined and evaluated. The audit of the work planning is also to be awarded. It will be necessary to familiarize yourself with the existing phases 5 and 6 for all plant groups.
