The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and holiday homes located in the municipality of Proszowice, as well as equipping the property with containers and bags for collecting waste.

The number of real estate located in the commune of Proszowice, where the inhabitants live, is 3 404, including 3 308 single-family and 48 multi-family real estate. Number of inhabitants residing in the abovementioned real estate, as at 30.9.2018 on the basis of submitted declarations, it amounts to 14,392 people, including 9,131 people residing in rural areas and 5,261 people residing in the city of Proszowice. Selective waste collection was declared by 7 475 people.

The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed throughout the entire period of service (1 year) is:

Mixed waste - 2,600 Mg,

Selectively collected waste (paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, metals, multi-material packaging) - 350 Mg,

Construction and demolition waste - 50 Mg (as an additional service)

Green and biodegradable waste - 100 Mg,

Bulky waste, furniture, tires, waste electrical and electronic equipment that does not contain hazardous substances - 100 Mg,

Hazardous waste, batteries, accumulators, medicines, chemicals, waste electrical and electronic equipment containing hazardous substances - 23 Mg,

Ash from home hearths - 200 Mg.

The estimated number of containers in which real estate should be equipped at one time is:

For the collection of mixed waste: 120 l - 1 500 items, 240 l - 2 500 items, 1100 l - 100 items,

For selective waste collection: 1100 l - 100 pcs.

Estimated number of bags with a capacity of 120 l for selective waste collection with the imprint of the Proszowice commune and the imprint indicating the type of waste, which should be equipped with the property systematically, in accordance with the needs reported by the property owners:

Yellow - metals and plastics - estimated quantity 30,000 pcs / year

Green - glass - an estimated quantity of 15,000 pcs / year

Blue - paper - estimated quantity 10,000 pcs / year

Brown - biodegradable waste - estimated quantity 10,000 pcs / year

Estimated number of bags 65 thousand / year.
