Framework Agreement No. 2021 - 10 - distribution of communication media in the municipality of Soisy-Sous-Montmorency (relaunch of Lot No. 6, declared without further action, of Framework Agreement No. 2021-05 relating to the design, printing and distribution of communication media in the municipality of Soisy-Sous-Montmorency)

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide distribution services for the various communication media in the municipality of Soisy-Sous-Montmorency.This is a revival following a previous consultation (framework agreement No. 2021-05 on the design, printing and distribution of communication media) declared without following for its lot No. 6 - distribution of communication materials of the Commune of Soisy-Sous-Montmorency, for reasons of general interest.The City of Soisy-Sous-Montmorency conducts, in fact, an active communication policy with all its inhabitants. It is an institutional communication of information to the inhabitants, on projects, actions undertaken and successive achievements, but also to enhance the diversity of its heritage, tangible and intangible, local actors, etc.All the requirements are defined in the Particular Administrative Clauses (CCAP) , Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) and Unit Price List (Bpu)
