Administrative and economic services for social facilities administered by the Krakow Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways

The order includes the provision of services in the field of administrative and economic services for social facilities of the Krakow Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in the following towns: Zawoja Mosorne, Witów, Zakopane, Muszyna Złockie, Krynica Górska, Sromowce Niżne, Krościenko n/Dunajcem, including:

- administrative support of facilities;

- maintaining cleanliness in social facilities;

- chopping and laying wood for the barbecue;

- maintaining cleanliness and green areas located on the property on the

of which the social facility is located;

- heating of social facilities in winter and winter maintenance of the property;

- replacement and washing of bed linen, curtains, curtains, tablecloths, bedspreads, etc.;

- commissioning inspections of the technical condition of social facilities;

- minor overhauls, repairs;

- removal of minor failures and faults;

- securing entrusted property.

The condition for joining the tender is to carry out a mandatory on-site inspection before submitting the bid in order to personally assess the scope of the subject of the contract and eliminate any doubts and ambiguities in the cost estimation of tenders. Information obtained during the on-site inspection of the area where the services are to be performed is one of the elements that the contractor should take into account when assessing the risk associated with the performance of the contract. The Contractor shall familiarize himself in detail with the scope of the subject of the contract during the inspection, only in the presence of a representative of the Contracting Authority.

The Contracting Authority sets two dates for the on-site inspection – to be selected by the Contractor (the first on 12-13.06.2023, the second on 20-21.06.2023). Each contractor should notify the contracting authority of their willingness to make an on-site inspection at least one day before the date of the inspection in writing via the eb2b purchasing platform. Failure by the Contractor to participate in the on-site inspection makes it impossible to submit a valid offer.
