In connection with this tender, Aalborg Municipality wishes to obtain tenders for the provision of statutory audits as well as supplementary audit services.

The audit task thus includes the overall statutory audit of Aalborg Municipality's accounts, including financial and performance audits as well as special statutory reports, among other things, in the social area. I.e. all accounts and accounting areas belonging to Aalborg Municipality, including accounts for performance centres, self-governing institutions and other external institutions, foundations, grants, etc., for which Aalborg Municipality is accountant.

The requirements for the Tenderer's services are described in more detail in the requirements specification - Appendix A with sub-appendices, while Aalborg Municipality's requirements for contract terms are set out in the draft contract, cf. Appendix C.

The statutory audit is carried out according to a fixed annual fee/fee offered by the Tenderer, while the additional audit services are performed according to a task-related fee, which is determined on the basis of the hourly rates offered by the Tenderer to Aalborg Municipality.
