The aim is to place the group of participants named under B.1.2 in employment on the primary labor market or in a more advanced measure through accompanying, individual and needs-based help and advice on the integration process. The achievement of objectives is to be supported by the increased use of practical units.

When assessing the achievement of objectives, priority is given to the individual agreements that are made jointly in cooperation plans or support plans.

The group of participants will be made up of heterogeneous people (no restrictions regarding existing professional qualifications, professional experience, placement barriers and migration).
