Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-, an approved municipal institution according to the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), is planning to set up a flexible, comprehensive offer for individual support in the activation and orientation of disadvantaged and employable benefit recipients who are far from the labour market.

The aim is to place the group of participants named under B.1.2 in employment on the primary labor market or in a more advanced measure through accompanying, individual and needs-based help and advice on the integration process. The achievement of objectives is to be supported by the increased use of practical units.

Lot 1, Wald-Michelbach 30 places

Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-, an approved municipal institution according to the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), is planning to set up a flexible, comprehensive offer for individual support in the activation and orientation of disadvantaged and employable benefit recipients who are far from the labour market.

The aim is to place the group of participants named under B.1.2 in employment on the primary labor market or in a more advanced measure through accompanying, individual and needs-based help and advice on the integration process. The achievement of objectives is to be supported by the increased use of practical units.

We define the measurable goals as follows:

In the case of placement in an apprenticeship or employment relationship on the primary labour market, a placement rate of 35% is to be achieved.

When mediating in a further measure, a placement rate of 55% is to be achieved.

In the case of placement in a company internship in the course of the measure, a placement rate of 70% is to be achieved.

When assessing the achievement of objectives, priority is given to the individual agreements that are made jointly in cooperation plans or support plans.

B.1.2 Participants

Employable beneficiaries of any age and gender with multiple placement barriers who receive benefits according to the Second Social Code from Neue Wegen Kreis Bergstrasse - municipal job center. The group of participants will be made up of heterogeneous people (no restrictions regarding existing professional qualifications, professional experience, placement barriers and migration).

Lot 2, Fürth 20 places
