1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the Investment under the name: "Construction of the new seat of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Federal Republic of Germany", consisting in the construction of the new Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin at Unter den Linden 70-72, in a turnkey system, under the conditions specified in the Agreement , SIWZ and Offer.

2) Characteristic parameters of the new object:

- plot area - 4 225 m 2

- built-up area - approx. 2 713 m 2

- total surface above ground - approx. 10,043 m 2

- total area of the underground floor - approx. 3 415 m 2

- number of overground floors - 5

Subject to further provisions of the Contract, the basic tasks of the Contractor include in particular:

a) Obtaining the necessary documents and permits required by local law, which are the basis for conducting construction works in accordance with the concluded contract;

b) Insurance of works and other unforeseen construction events resulting from the location and nature of the investment;

c) Demolition and waste utilization of the underground part of the buildings of the former seat of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin;

d) Construction of the new Embassy of the Republic of Poland together with land development and network connections in accordance with the Building Permit, Executive Design and local law;

e) Delivery, assembly and start-up of designed devices together with carrying out tests and measurements necessary for the use of the object;

f) Preparation of as-built documentation and preparation of all necessary documents required by local law to obtain permission to use the facility;

g) Granting the warranty in accordance with the contract and removing defects found during the works and the warranty period.
