1. The subject of the order is the purchase and successive delivery of radio water meter covers with a compatible collection kit and training of users.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) delivery of 8,000 radio water meter covers;
2) delivery of the collection kit;
3) supply of collection software;
4) training employees:
a) technical parameters of the radio overlay:
a. compatibility with DIEHL Altair v3 water meters,
b. operating temperature from 1
c. battery life of at least 10 years,
d. meets the minimum standards of IP68,
e. radio transmission with a minimum range of 250 meters,
f. the frequency of transmission allows you to download data from a vehicle moving at a speed of 30 km / h,
g. data transmission: current status, historical indications, alarm history,
h. alarms: reverse flow, disassembly, use of a neodymium magnet, low battery,
i. data transmission meets the PN-EN 13757 standard;
b) technical parameters of the collection kit:
a. a standalone terminal or communication module working with computers with Windows 10 and / or tablet with Android,
b. an application displaying a map of water meters, tracking the progress of works - water meters that sent the meter reading are removed from the map or marked as read;
c) list of functionalities of the Collector's Software:
a. reading data collected by the collection kit,
b. creating reading routes,
c. water balancing between meters for sub-meters,
d. data export in CSV format.
d) employee training covers the following issues:
a. assembly and programming of the overlay,
b. handling the collection kit,
c. support of ink collection software,
d. the trainings will take place on dates agreed with the Ordering Party.
3. Delivery schedule of the subject of the contract:
1) The Supplier undertakes to provide 1,000 water meter overlays, collection kit and collection software up to a maximum of 30 days from the date of signing the contract. Employee training should be carried out within 14 days from the date of delivery of the collection kit and collection software within the deadlines agreed with the Employer.
2) Subsequent tranches must be carried out in 80-90 days intervals, until the obligation to provide 8,000 overlays is fulfilled. The number of overlays in one tranche is 1000, except when the number of overlays remaining to be delivered is smaller.
3) The Employer reserves the right to report the need for a greater number of overlays to a maximum of 1500 in the next tranche. Notification of increased demand may occur at the latest on the day of receipt of the previous tranche, so that the Supplier has 90 days to deliver the next tranche to the Ordering Party. In the event of increased demand by the Employer, the Supplier shall be obliged to provide the number of overlays indicated by the Employer according to the schedule.
4. The possibilities of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the PPL Act. The Employer envisages granting the current Contractor a basic contract for additional deliveries, the purpose of which is to increase ongoing deliveries (ordering more radio water meter overlays) if a change in the Contractor would oblige the Purchaser to purchase materials with other technical properties, which would cause technical incompatibility or disproportionately large technical difficulties in use and maintenance of these products. The total value of additional deliveries will not exceed 10% of the value of the basic order and has been included in it. The orders referred to above will be awarded on the terms set out in a separate contract - in accordance with the content of the basic contract (the scope, deadline, warranty length for defects, the need to require security for due performance of the contract or the Contractor's remuneration, etc. may change), after conducting negotiations with the Contractor of the basic order.
