Description:
Call for Applications - Kitchen Cookware for Community Kitchen

This contract relates to the purchase of kitchen equipment for a central production unit (cold link) which should be operational by mid-March.


Horizontal kitchen equipment

This batch includes all production equipment type pots ranging from 100 L to 500 L, high-performance multipurpose frying pans and stoves.


Vertical kitchen equipment

This lot includes all gas and electricity fired combined steam ovens with a capacity of 20 GN 1/1 or GN 2/1 levels.


Washing tunnel

This lot includes any washing machine (battery washer for washing kitchen utensils or dishwashing machine with wide opening for eg gastronorm container washing).


Portioning machine

This lot includes any automated device for portioning and sealing liquids such as soups (2-5 L), creams and mixed meals.


Refrigeration

This batch includes the cold production and regulation system for cold rooms:

- air-conditioning of the production or portioning premises in accordance with the legislation in force,

- Fast cooling cells for meals according to HACCP standards.
