This batch includes all production equipment type pots ranging from 100 L to 500 L, high-performance multipurpose frying pans and stoves.
This lot includes all gas and electricity fired combined steam ovens with a capacity of 20 GN 1/1 or GN 2/1 levels.
This lot includes any washing machine (battery washer for washing kitchen utensils or dishwashing machine with wide opening for eg gastronorm container washing).
This lot includes any automated device for portioning and sealing liquids such as soups (2-5 L), creams and mixed meals.
This batch includes the cold production and regulation system for cold rooms:
- air-conditioning of the production or portioning premises in accordance with the legislation in force,
- Fast cooling cells for meals according to HACCP standards.
