A framework agreement is to be concluded for the Weilheim-Schongau district office on the purchase and delivery of paper for various departments of the district, the district's own schools and the district youth council of the Weilheim-Schongau district on call. The above-mentioned bodies are entitled to call it.
Scope of services/minimum requirements
A)Recycled paper:

•Opacity at least 92.0% (ISO 2471)
•Resistant to ageing (DIN 6738 or .ISO 20494)
•EU-Ecolabel
•Blue Angel (to 14a)
•Made from 100% recycled fibres
•Prozesschlorfrei gebleicht (PFC)
•Recycled paper is certified according to ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 9001 (quality management).
•Recycled paper must be suitable for duplex and colour printing and meet the running properties according to DIN EN 12281.
B)Frischfaserpapier:
•Surface weight 80g/m²
•CIE whiteness 148 % (ISO 11475), +/- 3 %
•Opacity at least 90% (ISO 2471)
•Resistant to ageing (DIN/ISO 9706
•EU-Ecolabel
•Elemental chlorine-free bleached (EFC))
•Virgin-fibre paper is certified according to ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 9001 (quality management).
•Virgin-fibre paper must be suitable for duplex and colour printing and must meet the running characteristics of DIN EN 12281.
(c)coloured recycled paper:
•Coloured recycled papers are available with a basis weight of 80 g/m², 120 g/m² and 160 g/m².
•Resistant to ageing (DIN 6738
•EU-Ecolabel
•Blue Angel
•Made from 100% recycled fibres
•Coloured recycled paper is certified according to ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 9001 (quality management).
•Coloured recycled paper must be suitable for duplex and colour printing and meet the running characteristics of DIN EN 12281.
(d)coloured virgin fibre paper:
•Coloured virgin fibre papers are to be offered with a basis weight of 80 g/m², 120 g/m² and 160 g/m².
•Coloured virgin fibre paper must have a Sustainable Forest Management (FSC or PEFC) certification. EU Ecolabel is not absolutely necessary here, but it is desirable.
•Virgin-fibre paper is certified according to ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 9001 (quality management).
•Coloured virgin fibre paper must be suitable for duplex and colour printing and meet the running properties according to DIN EN 12281
•All papers are used in photocopiers, printers and fax machines and must be suitable for all types of equipment used by the client (including duplex operation).
