1. The object of the order is:

1.1. In the scope of lot No. 1 - provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of services in the field of booking and selling air tickets on domestic connections and on international routes along with their delivery.

1.2. In the scope of part No. 2 - provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of hotel services in the field of booking and selling accommodation in resorts, farms providing accommodation services in the country and abroad, as part of securing business trips of employees of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency

Provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of services in the field of booking and selling air tickets in domestic connections and on international routes, together with their delivery to the Ordering Party. The subject of the contract will include, in particular, activities related to searching for and making reservations, selling, issuing and issuing in electronic form air tickets in the classes specified by the Ordering Party (including tickets of airlines that are members of the International Air Transport Association – IATA) for domestic and international travel in accordance with the requirements of carriers.

Provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of hotel services in the field of reservation and sale of accommodation in centers, farms providing accommodation services in the country and abroad, as part of securing business trips of PANSA employees, in accordance with the conditions described in detail in the Agreement, in particular activities related to:

1. searching for hotel room reservations;

2. booking hotel rooms in three variants of hotel services;

3. issuing vouchers;

4. making changes to the reservation and cancelling the reservation;

5. Making complaints
