The procurement that motivates this tender is divided into the following services (divided in turn into lots) required in the regulations cited and that are necessary to develop and comply with the purpose of the Consortium for the Prevention, Fire Extinction and Rescue Service of the Province of Valencia:1. Life and Accident Insurance (LOT 1). Life and Accident Insurance according to contingencies provided for in Law 7/2011, of April 1, of the Generalitat (SPEIS) and in the regulatory agreement of the personnel at the service of the Consortium for the Prevention, Fire Extinction and Rescue Service of the Province of Valencia.2. Accident Insurance for voluntary personnel (LOT 2). Accident insurance according to contingencies provided for in Law 7/2011, of April 1, of the Generalitat, for volunteer personnel at the service of the Consortium for the Prevention, Fire Extinction and Rescue Service of the Province of Valencia.3. Non-occupational accident insurance (LOT 3). Accident insurance for personnel at the service of the Consortium for the Prevention, Fire Extinction and Rescue Service of the Province of Valencia, which guarantees health care in the event of a non-work-related accident.4. Work accident insurance for surrogate personnel of the extinct Divalterra S.A. (LOT 4). Accident Insurance of the surrogate personnel of the extinct Divalterra S.A, to the Consortium for the Prevention, Fire Extinction and Rescue Service of the Province of Valencia, according to contingencies provided for in the Collective Agreement of the Company.

Accident Insurance of the personnel of the extinct Divalterra S.A, to the Consortium for the Service of Prevention, Extinction of Fires and Rescue of the Province of Valencia, according to contingencies foreseen in the Collective Agreement of the extinct Company.
