Subject of the contract are the services of project control according to HAV-KOM (Handbook for Architectural and Engineering Contracts in Municipal Buildings) current version.

The district of Dachau intends to build a 5-speed grammar school in Karlsfeld in cooperation with the city of Munich. The Gymnasium should be planned on the basis of the Munich Lernhaus concept. The planned new building comprises approx. 15,600 m 2 BGF and 4 sports hall units with approx. 3,800 m 2 BGF, an underground car park with 135 parking spaces and outdoor sports areas of approx. 2 600 m 2 ,

To optimize the planning, the district of Dachau is currently carrying out an implementation competition. The competition entry is attached to the tender documents. The object planning of buildings and open spaces will be awarded to one of the winners of the competition. Current project status: The contract negotiations according to VgV are scheduled for spring 2020.

The commissioning takes place gradually, see contract samples § 3, 3.2. First of all, the services of the goal determination phase and the performance level 1 will be commissioned by the preliminary planning from performance level 2 (see Lph 2 according to HOAI and according to corresponding texts contract pattern § 5, 5.2) over all fields of action. The contracting authority decides in the further course of the procedure on a further commissioning of the performance levels. From the stepwise commissioning, no demands can be derived on the transfer of further performance levels or other services.

According to the current status, the total cost of the project is estimated at approximately EUR 60 million (cost groups 200-700 according to DIN 276, net). The project management is classified according to the current state of knowledge according to HAV-KOM holistically in the Honorary Zone II.

The following dates are planned for processing: Start of service will take place immediately after commissioning, implementation of the VGV procedures of the other planners until spring 2020, completion by summer 2025.
